Shipping - We ship Monday thru Friday using United States Postal Service.
- We generally ship within three business days of payment clearing.
- During the holiday rush, shipping time may take up to 7 business days.
- During the holiday rush, we also ship on Saturdays.
- Shipping insurance is advised on most of our collectible items, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
ReturnsCustomer satisfaction is our goal. If we have made a mistake, we will make it right. Contact us within 2 business days of delivery to let us know of any errors.Items returned due to an error on our part will be able to either:- Return item for a full refund, including all shipping costs. Or
- Return incorrect item at our cost and have the correct item shipped to them.
Items returned must be in the same new & unused condition in which they were received.There are no refunds on any & all personalized items, unless there was an error on our part. These items include, but are not limited to: Personalized Frames, Trophies & Awards, Customized Wall Decor and Personalized Tutus. Barbie Dolls We do strive to send you perfect boxes, but we cannot guarantee they will arrive to you the same way. We cannot accept returns because of a dent in a box. If there is severe damage please notify us immediately and we will advise you how to proceed. Otherwise, there are no returns, unless we are correcting an error on our part!
